Becoming a Teacher...
Typically, a Bechelor of Education degree
program requires an individual to complete four years of academic studies
and involves some supervised practice teaching. To become a high school
teacher of mathematics there are usually two routes. An honours program
in mathematics can be taken a year(or two) of intensive educational theory
and practice teaching. More specific information can be obtained from faculties
of education at various educational institutions. The requiremants for
entry to teaching differs from one province to another.
