MATH 4170 and MATH 6901: OPERATIONS RESEARCH II

During the Remediation Period, (January 12 - February 12, 2001), lectures covering topics taught during the Fall Term and meant for the students who did not attend the regular classes during the CUPE 3903 strike, will be delivered according to the following Timetable:
MATH 4170: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:30-10:00 a.m. Room: BC 218.

PART I. Information for all the students 
enroled in MATH 4170 and MATH 6901 

*In MATH 4170 (crosslisted with MATH 6900) all 
classes were held, without any interruption during 
the CUPE 3903 strike, until the end of the Fall Term 
on November 30, 2000. The class attendance was very 
good in MATH 4170 and 100% in MATH 6900. The midterm 
test students was written by 50 students. 
*The regular classes will resume when the Winter 
Term officially starts. Our first class will be on 
Tuesday, February 27, 2001, 8:30-10:00 a.m. in room 
BC 218. 
*Our last class in the Winter Term will be on 
Thursday, May 10, 2001.
*The midterm test will be on Tuesday, April 17, 
2001. (80 minutes, in class). 
*The final exam will be sometime in the interval 
May 12-26, 2001.
*Office hours during the Winter Term will be on 
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 2:00-3:30 p.m. in my office 
N530 Ross.

PART II. Information only for the students who 
did not attend classes during the CUPE 3903 strike.

*The students who did not attend classes during the 
strike are expected to come to BC 218 on Tuesday, 
January 16, 2001, at 8:30 a.m.
*No new topics will be taught during the remediation 
period.
*The make up test (Fall Term) will be on Thursday, 
February 8, 2001, between 8:30-9:50 a.m. in BC 218. 
It will be based on the the material given to you 
and the topics taught in class before October 26, 2000.
