James, thank you for raising this important issue in the first place and
for the valid points you made in response to Bob's posting. I share your
procedural and substantive concerns. There isn't much I want to say
further at this point except that I am disappointed too. However, I
certainly hope we don't end up in another WAWA situation (as you may
recall WAWA is Bob's story about 'West Africa Wins Again'.)
