I am, as of this moment, available on the 9th (morning), 10th before 11:30
or between 1:00 and 4:00, 11th all day until Senate, 16th all day.

Might I suggest that, since a number of quite specific questions and
concerns have been raised about the nominating and balloting process, and
since nominating will need to get under way in the Faculty early in the
new year in order for elections to take place in March, we turn our
attention early in the new year to this component of our review. It might
be appropriate to send an interim report to Council in February, if we
propose to recommend changes, so that those changes could go into effect
for those elections. We also must ask Council's permission to extend our
mandate for reporting to something more reasonable than the original
December date (and what if they say no?). Marla
