OWLkids Online
There are lots of fun things to do and neat things to learn at OWLkids
Online (from OWL and Chickadee magazines for kids). Chickadee Net,
especially for kids 8 and under, features Puzzles and Fun, Tell Me Why,
Chirp Chuckles, I Can Make, and Hotlinks to Fun areas. Kids 8 and up will
enjoy Wired OWL's Joke Zone, CyberSurfer, and Net Blasts pages. The Mighty
Mites even have their own Web page that includes an archive of BioBytes.

Platypus Family Playroom
Visit this family's Playroom for a great collection of large print stories,
creative activities, weekly mazes, and songs (lyrics and sheet music). The
Playroom is also available in Spanish. My rating: 5/5.


MCA Home Entertainment Kid's Playroom
Here you'll find stories, interactive coloring adventures and games for
MCA's home video releases, including Babe, The Land Before Time, Casper,
Timmy the Tooth and more. My rating: 5/5.

Disney's TVplex
Check out show information, pictures, sound bytes, games, coloring pages
for Disney's television shows. Wow: 5/5!


Kody's Beary Scary Story
Join Kody, a Black Bear cub, on an adventure in the Smoky Mountains.
There's also a fun dot-to-dot page for you to color. My rating: 4/5.

BeanTime Stories
Visit the fantasy Island of Meddybemps where the Beano Sapien jelly bean
people live. These preschool level big print stories are easy to read and
the illustrations are colorful and fun. Delightful: 5/5.

Marlo Marmelade
Read the 'Wood Berry Tales' by Marlo Marmalade including The Winning Game,
A Bird Without a Song, Ah, Slither and Slide. and Knock,Knock by JJ Jamm'.
They are all displayed in large print with fun cartoon pictures. For
children aged 5 and up. My rating: 5/5.

Candlelight Stories Home Page
Read the children's picture books Sally Saves Christmas, Sally on the
Island, and Pard's Day. These story is easy-to-read and illustrations are
colorful and fun. My rating: 5/5.


Just for Kids
The Houghton Mifflin Company presents a collection of educational games for
kids. Test your knowledge of our planet with GeoNet, guess the real
definitions of words in Fake Out, create Wacky Web Tales, and try some
challenging Brain Teaser puzzles. My rating : 5/5.

The Hands On Children's Museum provides collection of colorful mazes for
you to solve. My rating: 4/5.

Triangle Puzzle
"This is a simple little puzzle that's challenging to solve. As you jump a
ball, you remove it from the board. The object is to end with only one ball
on the puzzle. It's harder than it looks." My rating: 4/5.
