[S] Predicted Survival Probabilities from survreg

Does anybody know how to obtain estimates of t-year survival
probabilities with standard errors from parametric survival models
using survreg? Estimates of quantiles and survival probabilities are
easy using the Design library, but the standard error of the required
quantity does not appear to be printed. The former case is equivalent
to reading across the Kaplan-Meier curve at the required quantile, the
case I wish to solve is reading up from the required time.

Is there a standard routine or is it necessary to consider the
variance-covariance matrix of the estimated parameters, and derive the
standard errors from this?

I use Splus version 3.3 for Unix.

I would appreciate any help.
