Hello Marc,

I obtained the books you need from Chapman & Hall's distributor by
calling 800-842-3636. For S-Plusers outside of North America,
try FAXing +1 606 525 7778. There is a possibility that the
Area Code changed from 606 They are located in Florence,
Kentucky. If anyone has trouble, please post and I'll check.
