Sorry, I had a typo in my previous message (copy below). I really meant

par(mfrow=c(2,2))

So, the extra comma is not the problem. Thanks to the people who
answered so far.

I am using S-PLUS 4.0 for Windows.

I used a script file to generate four graphs (2 boxplots and 2 bar
charts). When I run the scritp file, a Graph Sheet is created, and a
page is created for each graph.

I would like to have all 4 graphs in a single page, but I have not been
able to find out how to set that up, unless I do it manually (copying
and pasting), which I would like to avoid.

The first command in my script file is par(mfrow=c(2,2,)), but this
does not seem to work in that setting. Does anybody know why?

By the way, in my brief experience with S-Plus 4.0 for Windows, I
sometimes have the impression that I am dealing with two different S
languages, and it is not clear to me which "command" belongs to which
"language"...

Thank you for your help,

Marcia Ciol
