I thought about the PGP and C option. It's a workable way to go, but either
case poses problems.
PGP is obvious. If I need to run the script, I have to unencript it. I can
certainly monitor the Splus as it runs and just hit control break to get the
code before I can encript the source again. This is not much of security.
C option is counter to the reason for using Matrix language in the first
place. I am hoping to use superior speed of new 5.0 soon to rid myself of C
progams. Not to mention that the complicated section I want to hide is never
easy with C. I would like to write complicated stuff in Splus and easy parts of
it C, not the other way around.
I know;I am so hard to please.
