[S] S-Plus Windows GUI and superposition

Using the command window and the xyplot function in S-Plus 4.5 it is
easy to create multiple lines formed by the values of a third variable
(a categorical grouping variable). You just use the groups= argument
and panel=panel.superpose. [You can also use the grouping variable to
form multiple panels but I want a single panel for this application.]
I have not been able to find how to do this superposition using only
the GUI.

I am content with using the xyplot trellis function (or the Hmisc
library's enhanced version, xYplot which allows error bars or error
bands). But I want to show some students how to do this with the GUI.
Any help would be appreciated.
