Has anyone successfully created libraries that can be used with SPlus 4.5
(Windows 95/98/NT) using Borland's C++ Builder 3.0 or Microsoft Visual C++
6.0? I don't have easy access to the Watcom compiler, which seems to be
the C/C++ compiler of choice for SPlus.

If you've successfully used either (or both) these compilers, could you
share any tips that will make the job go more smoothly.
