Grades for the first midterm
Marks get adjusted and then converted to letter grades only at the end of the course. But people need feedback about how they're doing, and that is the purpose of this page.
If you convert your score on the first midterm (out of 85) into a letter grade according to the following ranges, you will get my rough prediction of your final course grade (assuming that you continue to perform at this level).
- 76-85: A+
- 65-75: A
- 54-64: B or B+
- 43-53: C or C+
- 32-42: D or D+
- 20-31: E
- 00-19: F
