mistakes were, they are welcome to make an appointment to see their
exam in my office.
### Midterm results

First of all, there were mistakes in the statement of problem 1b, serious
enough that problem was not graded. So the midterm was out of 45, not 50.
To compute a letter grade from your raw exam score, add 3.5 marks, and
compute a percentage (that is, percentage grade = (x+3.5)/45)
